- Have a degree in Early Childhood Education, or working towards your degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Are very passionate about early years education within an Early Learning Centre environment
- Stand proud of your array of effective learning programs (ideally for 0 to 5 year olds) you’ve launched in your career.
- Understand ‘National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, NQF & EYLF
- Are able to obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance and Working with Children check
