• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team in an accounting function.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
