We are currently seeking two casual team members to join our front-of-house and dispensing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working closely with others, and genuinely loves helping people.Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Assisting patients with frame selection and styling
- Administrative duties including booking appointments and handling payments
- Supporting the team as needed
- Previous experience in Optics an advantage
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and Saturdays
- Comfortable with change and open to learning new systems and processes
- Team player with a positive attitude and great attention to detail
