About the role:You will take the reins of an established, beautifully resourced 60-place service in Melbourne's inner southeast, guiding a passionate team to deliver exceptional care and education with one of Australia's largest childcare organisations.Key responsibilities include:
Leading daily operations with a people-first mindset
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
Building relationships with families, community stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Maintaining compliance and embedding the NQF and EYLF into every facet of the program
Driving enrolments and occupancy through reputation and results
About you:You will likely be an experienced Assistant Director, Educational Leader, or Centre Director/Manager who is ready for their next challenge. You are energised by the opportunity to lead a team with heart and purpose. You will also need:
A Diploma (or higher) qualification in Early Childhood Education
The typical documentation - food safety, first aids, etc
2-3+ years in a leadership role within a long-day care context
Confidence with quality frameworks, compliance and QIP development
A calm, collaborative and motivating leadership style
Prior experience supporting an Assessment and Rating visit (desirable)
