- A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management and customer service.
- Commercial acumen shown in your ability to drive sales and costs figures.
- Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing diverse teams and operations.
- A demonstrable drive to succeed by continuously seeking best practice in store management and the customer service experience.
- Creative flare shown in your innovative retail strategies through to your visual merchandising style.
- Attention to detail in any task undertaken.
- An ability to rise to the dynamic fast pace of retail through effective organisation and time planning.
