- Provide internal and external assistance during the sales process including delivering solutions and demonstrations to customers
- Develop technical written presales material
- Proactive in new business opportunities when communicating with Partners
- Work with integrators and technology Partners during the project sales process
- Work cohesively across multiple departments (internally & externally) to ensure we get the best outcomes for our partners
- Construct and deliver technology and/or customer-specific training
- Provide technical updates to our partners
- Attend and represent Axis at industry trade shows and events.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
- Ideally experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role in the field of network video and/or physical security markets
- Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and team player
- Good organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities and time for customer needs
