What we're looking for:

Proven experience in an asphalt crew role
Skilled in operating pavers, screeds, rollers, and skid steers
HR Licence (desirable)
White Card (mandatory)
Cert II or III in Civil Construction or Civil Engineering (advantageous)
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
