- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, methodologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in ETL toolsets such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related challenges and complexities.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
