- Your job will be to build, test and optimise custom websites and landing pages using the WordPress platform
- You will be in charge of ensuring the website is created in accordance with my company's SOPs
- You will collaborate with graphic designers and account managers to complete the project, troubleshoot potential issues and make updates as required
- You will also be responsible for applying various updates and implementing changes on existing websites
- You will give technical support in different areas including, but not limited to: website hosting, email hosting, CRM and marketing automation tools
- Minimum 4 years of experience setting up WordPress environments for websites and landing pages
- Ability to use Figma design platform to source the design
- Ability to cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
- Ability to write custom code when necessary
- Ability to integrate various 3rd party tools into WordPress website
- Ability to apply regular CMS, plugins updates as required
- Ability to optimise pages for speed and performance
- Ability to quality-test and troubleshoot the website in various browsers
- Experience building online stores using the WooCommerce platform
- Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
- Ability to ensure 100% of clients’ websites are following the best SEO practices
- Ability to provide technical web support and assist account managers in clients’ requests for web changes
- Ability to manage and maintain server/hosting/domain
- Ability to set up email servers and support
- Ability to set up and integrate CRM
- Ability to set up sales funnels (email sequences, webinars, eBooks, automated funnels for client and staff onboarding)
