• A qualified practitioner with relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience of more than 5 years
• Certified SAFe® Practitioner (mandatory for all COSPO personnel - can be completed upon engagement)

• Qualifications in Program Management and/or Project Management (Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2)

• Demonstrated strong technical writing skills
• Proven experience working in a technical writing position
• Excellent written and verbal commination skills
• Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
• Ability to work under broad direction
• Ability to establish and work towards milestones
• Ability to assign tasks and/or responsibilities

• Working within Australian Defence Force (ADF)
• Agile / DevOps / Scrum experience.
• Demonstrated experience in and understanding of information technology and/or cyber security

• Plan, develop, organise, write and system design documents, standard operating procedures and manuals
• Research, develop and write technical design specifications
• Developing written or visual product/process/technical documentation, business process maps, and user manuals
• Quality assurance of documents to maintain continuity of style of content
• Write complex technical subject matter for a range of stakeholders, including non-technical or executive staff
• Manage updates and revisions to technical documents, procedures and manuals
• Other future scoped work as directed

• The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) NV1 security clearance
• Must be an Australian citizen

• The ability to obtain and maintain an (AGSVA) NV2 security clearance
