Quality Assurance CoordinatorCoordinate and oversee all quality assurance activities for workshop and onsite projects.Responsibilities:
  • Take overall accountability for the quality of workshop jobs
  • Inspect jobs in progress within the workshop to ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and procedures
  • Develop Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s) and other Quality Control documents as required
  • Perform the disposition and documentation of non-conformances
  • Ensure all measurement and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with relevant codes, specifications, and customer requirements
Key Capabilities
  • Background in Quality Assurance and HSE.
  • Experience in mechanical/fabrication industry in addition to experience within the established ISO 9001 quality assurance system is preferable.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications to determine compliance
  • Effectively use a variety of measuring instruments
  • Well developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to conduct Internal Auditing
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities
