Join a supportive, dynamic team delivering exceptional emergency care in Port Pirie.Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for emergency care and team leadership? Port Pirie Regional Health Service is looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse to provide high-level, patient-centred care in our busy Emergency Department. You'll have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, mentor staff, and contribute to a culture of excellence in clinical practice.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proficient, person-centred nursing and case management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of care within the Emergency Department team.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including doctors, allied health, and external organisations.
  • Contribute to clinical education, auditing, and research, fostering a learning culture.
  • Lead change management initiatives and ensure high-quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post-registration experience, ideally in Emergency Nursing.
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting less experienced staff.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
