- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with WA based clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mining and industrial client.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning.
- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of client proposals, tenders, and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue targets through proactive account management, project delivery governance, and new client acquisition.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development and client relationship management across the mining, resources and industrial sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
