- Identifying sales opportunities,and tracking these through to sales using ZOHO CRM
- Writing proposal responses
- Manage key client relationships/accounts
- Leading client meetings
- Providing consultancy and advice to clients, where appropriate
- Achieving revenue and customer service targets
- Managing accounts and client relationships.
- Managing client accounts, including work in progress reports, meetings, turning opportunities into sales, and building a strong relationship with the client.
- Business development and consultancy experience in the learning and/or technology sectors
- Outstanding communication skills with proven experience working with clients in senior positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and collaborate successfully with key stakeholder.
