High-profile infrastructure project with multiple complex works packages Supportive and experienced client-side project team, circa $75m+ project Excellent culture and progression opportunities. Project in delivery phase. Will be 50% on site superintendent work and 50% either in office or work from home Support delivery of major infrastructure works packages from design through to completion, interfacing with consultants, contractors and government authorities. Our client is a client-side advisory group delivering large-scale infrastructure works across NSW. They are now looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key works packages, working directly with the Principal’s Project Team. Generally you will support project management across procurement, contract admin, design coordination, and stakeholder engagement, as well as contributing to reporting, compliance and technical resolution. Projects are diverse, fast-paced, and complex – ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience on the client side and grow into more senior delivery roles. This project is a circa $75m+ project which is in the delivery phase and will be working on roadworks, subdivisions, bulk earthworks etc. Candidates ideally will have 5–15+ years’ experience, either from a head contractor on civil projects or a client side consulting background. You will be someone who can operate confidently within a multidisciplinary team and thrive in a high-performance environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Support procurement of consultants and contractors Assist in contract administration, cost forecasting and claims assessment Coordinate and manage design review processes Interface management across multiple works packages Input into program planning and contractor schedule reviews Monitor construction progress, respond to RFIs and track technical submissions Prepare and contribute to monthly reporting and compliance documents Support stakeholder engagement with consultants, contractors and government bodies Assist with sustainability and planning approvals documentation Ensure proper record keeping via Aconex and project databases Participate in HSEQ monitoring, site walk-throughs and compliance reviews Qualifications and Requirements: Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or similar 5 to 15+ years’ experience in a similar role (client-side or contractor) Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract administration Experience working across project lifecycle phases Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills Able to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Aconex and Adobe Experience working on infrastructure or complex multi-package projects highly regarded This is a permanent full time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.
