- Customer service, call centre or retail background is preferred
- Degree in HR or Marketing is ideal
- Develop and Nurture strong, and long-lasting relationships that build "candidate communities".
- Establish and maintain a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist, attracting quality candidates for positions such as; Electricians, Boilermakers, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, Civil Operators and Labourers etc.
- Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market.
- Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks. We're not just here to tick a box.
- Ability and drive to assist with account management.
- Strong administrative skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Valid drivers licence and own transport to provide on site presence when required, attend medical appointments
- Flexible Working Hours (i.e. 8am to 5pm, 10am to 7pm etc.) WFH when required etc
