Service Delivery is a division of RCR Mining Technologies, a market leader in the design and manufacture of innovative, award-winning materials handling solutions.Our Service Delivery team leads from the front, delivering high-quality fixed plant maintenance, installation, commissioning, and breakdown support across major Pilbara sites. We're the team that keeps our client’s critical equipment performing at its best.WE’RE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:We’re looking to grow our team to support our clients with ongoing shutdown work. Whether you're chasing full-time stability or casual flexibility, we’ve got opportunities for both with the following positions located in Bunbury and Welshpool:
- Mechanical Fitters
- Hydraulic Fitters
- Boilermakers / Welders
- Riggers (RI & RA)
- FIFO from Perth to major Pilbara sites
- Flexible roster options with consistent shutdown work
- Opportunities to work across NT, SA, and NSW sites
- Hands-on work with RCR OEM equipment – apron feeders, shuttles, gates & more
- No general maintenance – only critical path and high-impact jobs
- Workshop hours available between shutdowns to maintain consistency
- Priority given to those AVAILABLE for August start (and available for August & September) & ongoing work
- Australian trade qualification (where relevant)
- Current Work Rights in Australia
- Confined Space & Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- White Card, Gas Test Atmospheres & Basic Fire Training
- Valid High Risk Work Licence for Riggers (RI/RA)
- Able to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
- A good attitude and commitment to safe, high-quality work
