- Be the Go-To Leader for Zero Emission Bus and Depot Electrification projects, managing people, processes, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

- This role is perfect for an experienced Project Manager or for a technically advanced Senior Project Engineer looking to advance into a management role.
- Manage Projects End-to-End: Oversee the development, management, and commissioning of zero emission projects, adjusting plans based on progress and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with internal and external partners, from management and supervisors to clients and suppliers, to define clear project scopes and deliverables that meet contractual requirements.
- Drive Strategic Success: Work alongside the National ZEB Infrastructure Manager to deliver departmental goals, negotiate project contracts, and protect the company’s interests.
- Ensure Smooth Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed with comprehensive project plans and reports, and represent the company at project meetings.
- Risk Management Expertise: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Safety: Implement strict protocols and regularly monitor procedures to ensure that safety is consistently maintained in all operations
- A tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering (highly desirable) and/or Project Management.
- Background in electrical engineering with exposure to working with electrical distributors, retailers, and ASPs. Experience in managing project transitions, particularly with zero-emission initiatives, is ideal.
- Familiarity with the electrical distributor, retailer, and ASP industry, plus contract and financial management expertise.
- Proven time management and multitasking skills for handling multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and proficient in MS Office, including MS Project.
