Core has partnered with a reputable civil contractor who have been delivering urban and Industrial subdivision projects across South East Queensland. Our client has been providing construction solutions for projects and clients nationally across a range of industries for more than 30 years.Role Overview:As a Project Manager, you will lead pivotal subdivision projects from inception to completion. Your role will encompass team coordination, stakeholder management, resource oversight, and ensuring projects meet rigorous deadlines and quality standards.You'll be coordinating multiple projects up to $25ml in value across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.About you
You'll be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.Key responsibilities will be:

Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
Manage and maintain client relationships.
Monitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractors.
Address and resolve performance issues.
Report on production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Handle the procurement of machinery, equipment, and materials.

About you

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
Strong skills in managing client relationships.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
Exceptional people management abilities.
