- Have a background in customer service (optical or retail experience is a bonus!)
- Are approachable, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Can communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
- Take initiative and enjoy being part of a close-knit team
- Are reliable and motivated to build a role in the optical industry
- A competitive hourly rate ($28 - $40/hr depending on experience)
