Ensure smooth operations of the Stewarding Department
Maintain book keeping of all operations equipment and par stock in F&B division
Control flow and supply of operating equipment
Set and maintain cleaning standards
Control quality of washing equipment and cleaning process
Ensure cleanliness and order of stewarding store
Maintain hygiene standards in cleaning and sanitation
We are looking for someone who:
Preferably has experience working in a similar capacity in Food & Beverage environment
Supervisory skills and team player
Committed to maintaining quality standards
Enjoys being challenged
Has strong interpersonal skills
Willing to work shifts
