With free on-site parking and a collaborative, high-performance environment, it’s a hub for aviation excellence.About the Role:As a Simulator Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our world-class flight simulators—supporting the training of pilots and cabin crew for some of the world’s leading airlines.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on simulators and related systemsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesConduct FAA ATG/QTG testing and visual alignmentsSupport engineering teams with design changes and software updatesTrain and mentor junior techniciansMaintain accurate records using our maintenance management systemProvide high-quality customer service and technical supportAssist with logistics, refurbishment, and hardware modificationsEnsure compliance with CAE’s quality management systemThe Ideal CandidateA 2-year technical degree or equivalent trainingMinimum of 3 years direct simulator experience with at least 1-year relative simulator experience per assigned location.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsProficiency with test equipment and simulator software toolsExperience with motion, visual, or aircraft systemsFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficeFluency in EnglishA commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentWhy Join CAE?Work in a world-class aviation training facilityBe part of a global, innovative, and inclusive teamAccess to cutting-edge technology and toolsOpportunities for career growth and developmentFree on-site parking and modern amenitiesDon’t meet every requirement?
