We are currently partnering with a well-respected Perth-based D&C builder that has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the industrial, commercial, retail, and government sectors in the Perth Metro & South-West WA region.The Role:You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. This builder takes pride in their hands-on, collaborative culture - you'll work closely with Directors, consultants, subcontractors and clients to deliver successful outcomes.The Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, procurement and quality control
  • Lead and mentor project team
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the life of the project
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants
About You:
  • 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role in the WA construction market
  • BSc Construction Management or similar industry relevant qualification
  • Genuine passion for construction and motived to deliver quality builds
  • Confident communicator with solid leadership and client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, programs, and deliver on time
