- 5+ years’ experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles, with broad generalist expertise
- Strong technology skills, with experience using Employment Hero (highly desirable) or similar HRIS platforms
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Employment Law, or a related field (desirable)
- A collaborative, proactive style and the ability to build trust quickly across the organisation
