So, what does the role entail?As a Care Worker Level 1, you will:

Domestic Assistance: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying garbage, washing dishes and putting them away, washing and ironing clothes, bed making, meal preparation, assisting around the garden and shopping.
Unescorted shopping/ baking: Running errands on a client's behalf.

You'll work hard and with empathy to complete a variety of domestic duties for our clients. But this role is much more than just a cleaning job. Every task you complete as a Care Worker helps an older person to live as independently as possible in their own homes.We are looking for someone with:

A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001.)
The right to work in Australia.
National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
Experience working in aged, disability care or domestic assistance is desirable, but not required.
