- Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately while maintaining detailed guest records and following all standard operating procedures, including handling cashier floats and daily financial reports.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures, while upholding IHG standards of behavior, appearance, and cleanliness in the front desk area.
