- Previous experience working in fast-paced environments for events and functions
- Effectively and efficiently running a cooking section in-line with company standards.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of interesting and popular menu ideas.
- Inspire and energise the team to be the best they can be.
- Maintain strong relations, internally and externally.
- Consistently deliver high-quality meals.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order. Follow OH&S compliance at all times.
- Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Excellent communicator.
- Needs to be flexible to work around a varying roster across 7 days.
- Willingness to learn different sections & cuisines.
- Has a high level of personal morale and appearance.
- A positive and calm attitude.
- Paid at Cook Level 5 Grade 4 Casual rate $34.79 plus 11% superannuation in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award
