The project also includes construction of four new underground stations at Roma Street, Albert Street, Boggo Road and Woolloongabba, where the future upgraded Olympic stadium will stand.All project sites and offices are based in inner city Brisbane, and what's not to love. You will be responsible for managing the effective coordination of design, procurement and construction/installation for Controls systems and equipment packages to ensure safety, time, cost and environmental objectives are achieved. You will also provide leadership to Project Engineers and Site Engineers.You will be responsible for:

Managing the effective set-up, delivering and completion of the controls packages.
Review design and construction/installation plans, schedules and method statements to ensure constructability.
Monitor project progress against the programme and budget.
Effectively assign task. to project team members to deliver the requirement outputs to agreed specifications.
Prepare accurate project reports.

Minimum requirements for this role include the following:

A recognised degree in Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
Previous experience at a Senior Project Engineer level managing major multi-disciplinary trade packages on large scale building or infrastructure projects.
Leadership ability to provide mentorship to direct reports.
Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning and reporting on progress, cost and risk.
Demonstrated personal commitment to health and safety.
