- Mentor, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to deliver seamless service
- Oversee bookings, floorplans, and service flow for both à la carte and event services
- Manage stock, ordering, rosters, and compliance
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and service excellence
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role in premium or high-end dining
- Strong communication, people management, and training skills
- Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- A passion for delivering genuine hospitality in a setting that values quality over volume
- 4 work week, Wednesday to Saturday can be negotiated
