Senior Contract Administrator CGC Recruitment Perth, WA $180,000-200,000 per year Permanent Full-time 19 days ago CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established and reputable tier 2 national commercial building head contractor who have a proven track record of delivering a range of high profile and complex building projects in Perth & WA.Due to recently being awarded a new metro based development they have a new opportunity for a Senior CA / QS to play a key role, in a lead capacity on the project, working in close collaboration with a highly regarded Senior PM in the industry.Project sectors and building types are often diverse and varied, ranging from Mixed Use, Apartments, Commercial, Education etc. typically in the value range of $50m-150m and are an established player in the tier 2 market.The Role - Senior Contract AdministratorA critical role role within the business as part of the wider commercial team, with responsibilities that include; Contract management, claims, RFI's, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and maintaining organised records.
