Our multidisciplinary team offers support across mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drugs, and vocational services.Learn more about us:About the RoleAs a Senior Clinician, you'll be a key member of the multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health support to young people. You will:
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, psychological and psychosocial interventions
  • Manage clinical care and complex presentations
  • Lead and guide other clinicians to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Support referral pathways and service flow
  • Ensure adherence to best practice and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to uphold the clinical model of care
What You’ll Need, Essential CriteriaQualifications:
  • Approved tertiary qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or equivalent
  • Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience in mental health
  • Proven experience in assessments, evidence-based treatment, and case management
  • Leadership capabilities – mentoring and clinical guidance
  • Strong understanding of recovery-oriented practice and youth mental health
  • Ability to contribute to clinical review and planning processes
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
