We have the fourth highest percentage of female partners according to the AFR Law Partnership Survey, July 2024.We value technical excellence and collegiality, offer a great workplace culture and excellent opportunities to further your career, whether you are just starting out, are an experienced lawyer or a business services professional.About the roleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our Commercial Litigation team in Melbourne on a permanent, full-time basis.Working directly with a Partner who is a recognised leader in Commercial Litigation and insolvency, this hands-on role will also see you working alongside other Partners in the broader litigation team on a variety of matters involving commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on corporate reconstruction and insolvency.Working for a range of high net worth individuals and leading Australian businesses, this is a truly mixed role, with approximately half of your workload in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and the other half in insolvency.About youOur ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PAE, with a genuine passion and interest in the areas of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency.Our clients are at the heart of all that we do, so we are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a strong client service focus and a commercial approach to all dealings.Some of the other skills, qualities and attributes we are looking for include:
