This is an administrative support role — not senior or content-focused. You’ll use your customer service and admin skills to help set up meeting rooms, greet participants, handle logistics and ensure every course or event runs smoothly from start to finish.About You
You’ll be someone who brings:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service roles.
- Confidence providing warm, professional face-to-face support.
- A varied background in admin, events, reception, or similar.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enjoyment in helping set up meeting or training rooms and preparing materials.
- Ability to send clear, accurate communications to participants.
- A calm, proactive approach to keeping things running smoothly on the day.
- Use your admin and customer service experience to support 4–5 courses at once.
- Welcome participants in person, deliver clear housekeeping info and be their point of contact on the day.
- Set up meeting and training rooms, coordinate catering and prepare course materials.
- Send out clear communications, course notes and webinar links to attendees.
- Support assessments, manage questions and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Work with facilitators, internal teams and guest services to keep everything on track.
- Cover reception as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, update systems and manage purchase orders.
- Focus on creating a smooth, professional experience for every participant.
