
Diesel Mechanic

- Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on heavy machinery and vehicles
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out preventative maintenance
- Keep accurate maintenance records and follow workshop safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with the operations and site teams to minimise downtime
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Cert III Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with heavy machinery (preferably in construction or earthmoving)
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- HR license (preferred but not essential)
