
Claims Liaison Officer

- You'll be the first point of contact with our customers (mainly via phone) to ensure an efficient and positive claims process
- You'll be responsible for assisting with the management of the 3rd Party Service Providers and Claims Payment processes
- You'll oversee administrative tasks relating to an onshore portfolio for specific partners
- You'll complete payment audit functions including liaising with Providers, Internal and External Stakeholders, reconciliation of accounts and determining case coverage
- You'll act as the primary contact point for administrative-level escalations and claims, ensuring turnaround and processing in alignment with GICOP and AFCA legislation
- You'll have a passion for providing leading customer service
- You'll have strong communication skills with the ability to both build rapport and have difficult conversations with stakeholders as required
- You'll have proven experience in a similar role eg administration, financial auditing, claims, customer service
- You'll have the ability to detect and observe patterns
- You'll ideally possess a strong understanding of insurances processes and legislation
