- Supporting a high-performing 7-person tech leadership team, working closely with the EA to the CIO
- Owning complex, multi-time-zone calendar coordination — meetings, 1:1s, working sessions, and more
- Managing a packed schedule of recurring and ad hoc meetings, events, and quarterly townhalls
- Handling invoicing and expenses — Concur experience highly desirable
- Jumping into admin support across SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and diary management
- Helping keep the whole leadership group on track, on time, and ahead of the game
- A calendar management superstar who’s confident juggling multiple diaries with shifting priorities
- Someone who thrives under pressure and keeps cool when schedules collide
- Experienced in invoice processing and Concur (this will give you a big edge)
- A proactive self-starter who can spot what’s needed before being asked
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Friendly, upbeat, and great with people — you bring calm, order, and great vibes to any team
- 2+ years in a Team Coordinator/Admin/EA support role preferred
- Location: Docklands (near Southern Cross Station)
- Hybrid: Tues & Thurs in office, rest WFH
- Start: ASAP (1-week onboarding)
- Duration: 6–8 weeks (potential to extend)
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Pay: $50+ per hour (depending on experience)
- Extras: No police check or vaccinations required
