
Housekeeping Coordinator – Promenade Hotel

- Coordinate daily room allocations and task sheets for Room Attendants and Service Attendants
- Manage lost property enquiries and maintain accurate records using ITRAK
- Monitor and respond to internal department calls and guest requests
- Support administrative tasks including reporting, amenities tracking and shift handovers
- Conduct room inspections and assist with cleaning/inspection duties during PM shifts
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and escalate issues as needed
- Previous Housekeeping leadership or office experience is highly desirable
- Systems and computer proficient including sound understanding of Microsoft Suite applications
- The ability to work Full Time across a 7-day rotating roster, AM & PM shifts
- A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback
