We're hiring a Parts Coordinator to support maintenance planning and execution across LV, HME, shutdowns and other operational areas. This is a FIFO role from Brisbane on a 14/7 roster, with flights, meals and accommodation provided.The position focuses on parts traceability, cost control, and aligning inventory with asset strategies, while also providing support to Water Treatment, Electrical and Warehouse teams. - Coordinate ordering of parts for LV, HME and shutdown activities
- Ensure timely availability of critical spares and consumables
- Track and report on parts usage and costs
- Create and manage notifications, work orders and purchase requisitions in SAP
- Maintain and update SAP Master Data (materials, vendors, BOMs)
- Support alignment of stock with maintenance plans and asset strategies
- Assist with logistics and coordination during shutdowns
- Collaborate with Warehouse to reduce obsolete or slow-moving stock
- Support critical spares reviews and BOM development
- Provide support to Water Treatment and Electrical teams
- Maintain tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor role impact
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (PM and MM modules)
- Experience with Master Data management (materials, BOMs, vendors)
- Understanding of maintenance planning and asset management
- Familiarity with LV and HME equipment and parts
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Desirable: shutdown/major maintenance experience, warehouse/inventory knowledge, Power BI or Excel reporting skills
- Must have the right to work in Australia
