We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.You must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.Job DescriptionSupervise daily front office operations, leading the team to deliver seamless arrivals, departures, guest enquiries, and exceptional customer service throughout the guest’s stay.Ensure timely and courteous handling of reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest accounts, upholding guest confidentiality and strict cash/credit procedures.Actively promote hotel facilities and Accor offers, contribute to maximizing occupancy, and promptly respond to guest requests, complaints, and special needs.Engage in training, coaching, and empowerment of team members; embrace Accor’s Heartist culture, diversity, and Planet 21 environmental initiativesPotential for job evolution to include night audit responsibilities such as balancing and reconciling daily accounts and financial reporting, subject to business and employee development needs.QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years of front office or guest service experience; previous supervisory experience highly regarded.Proficient computer and system skills, preferably with Opera Cloud or similar; hospitality qualifications advantageous.Service-oriented, highly organized, with excellent communication and multicultural awareness; able to multitask in demanding environments.Flexible to work a 7-day roster, with strong personal integrity, demonstrated initiative, and passion for guest satisfaction and hotel operations.Additional InformationCooinda Lodge Kakadu, offers a unique opportunity to work in one of Australia's most iconic locations, surrounded by natural beauty and rich cultural heritage.
