- Develop and execute shopper and channel activation plans (BTL & 5P) aligned with national marketing and commercial strategies.
- Lead and implement 12-month customer activity calendar in partnership with Account Managers, Marketing, and Revenue Planning.
- Create compelling trade stories and sales materials to support activation sell-in and field execution.
- Act as the customer marketing lead in joint business planning with key retailers, supporting NPD, ranging, and review forums.
- Manage end-to-end POS and display development, including agency briefing, production, logistics, and budget alignment.
- Track and evaluate activation performance, delivering post-campaign reviews and insights to inform future plans.
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Marketing (high regarded)
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Category or Trade Marketing roles within FMCG or a related industry
- Proven commercial and strategic capability, with experience influencing channel direction and delivering business impact.
- Strong understanding of retail/customer dynamics, with deep knowledge of channels and its sub-channels.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects end-to-end, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a track record of building strategic, value-based relationships and driving results.
- Skilled in strategic thinking, planning, stakeholder influence, and agile decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
