- Due diligence of clients and markets
- Deal documentation and internal approvals
- Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
- Handle day to day client queries on all execution related matters
- Attend client meetings including execution and pitches
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Financial Institutions coverage
- Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
- Detail oriented and commercial acumen are critical
- Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
- Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
