- Strong background in complex project delivery across engineering, industrial or digital domains
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, business development or commercial consulting
- Skilled in managing senior stakeholder relationships and navigating enterprise environments
- Experience with industrial/engineering solutions such as automation, digital twin, or OT/IT integration
- Strong written and verbal communication, business case development, and leadership capability
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes align with client goals across multiple methodologies
- Build strong relationships across senior business sponsors, operational teams, and delivery partners
- Create and drive business cases, operational readiness plans, and change strategies
- Originate and shape new opportunities - from discovery through to bid, proposal, and commercial negotiation
- Lead workshops, solution development, and strategic conversations to shape and close deals
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance across delivery and pre-sales activities
