
After-Hours Consultant / Recruitment Consultant - Labour Hire

- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from clients and candidates outside business hours.
- Liaise with clients regarding staffing requirements and roster changes.
- Manage rosters, allocate and confirm shifts with temporary staff.
- Record all communications in our CRM and Handover document.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and recruitment-related administration.
- Friday 5:00 pm to Monday 8:30 am
- Occasional weekday coverage for other after-hours consultants (as required).
- Excellent phone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Industrial Labour Hire environment is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with FastTrack360 and/or Ento workforce management platforms is advantageous.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good technical aptitude and effective problem-solving abilities.
