An exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate and organised Foreperson to join Snowden Racing at Randwick. The successful team leader will manage one of our stable barns. We are situated in a prime location being 10 mins from the CBD, Bondi beach, Coogee beach & other coastal suburbs. The position is full time with early morning starts, rostered afternoons & weekend work. Responsibilities include:

Understanding and evaluation of the horse’s health and check for injuries;
Monitor each horse’s nutritional needs and diet, recording eating habits;
Organising and training staff in your Barn;
Representing our team on race days.

Essential Skills: • Minimum 3 years experience within the Racing Industry as a Foreperson. • Experience handling & educating young horses. • Excellent communication & time management skills. • Previous experience saddling on race days is beneficial.
