
Fleet Coordinator

- Developing relationships with key vendors in both Australia and New Zealand.
- Maintain an accurate listing of current vehicles with driver details, registration, and recorded kilometres.
- Liaise with branches on repairs and maintenance to existing vehicles.
- Recommend disposal of vehicles when they become uneconomical, including developing a standard lifecycle for the fleet.
- Maintain good branch relations.
- Process registrations, road user charges, fuel cards, tolls and fines.
- Ensure quality control of vehicles delivered and follow up with suppliers when issues are identified.
- Provide monthly reporting on fleet running costs.
- Execute other duties as assigned by management.
- Self-motivated individual, able to work individually, as well as part of a team
- Experience with logistics/fleet management systems would be advantageous
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Some post-secondary education in business administration is an asset, but not required.
- Problem-solving skills; ability to assess situation; evaluate options, and select and act upon the best solution
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel pivot tables, vlookup, and Power BI.
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract are required
- Good interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
