This role will create sales and GP (gross profit) through effective management of sales team members and business operations.You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.In this role, you will be responsible for:

Inspiring your team to maximise sales opportunities to achieve KPI’s
Ability to develop new sales strategies
Stay informed about competitors and contribute to growth strategies.
Ensuring the ongoing and development at all team members to ensure a high quality customer experience.
Engaging with customers on the sales floor

ABOUT YOU

Exceptional customer service skills
Previous Retail/Sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics required
Motivate staff to increase sales
Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded
Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

Location: Melbourne Airport
Full time position - 76 hours per fortnight
2 weeks rotating roster and availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
