Territory Manager – Neuromodulation (QLD – Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville)Are you a results-driven medical device professional with a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes? We are seeking a Territory Manager to join a high-performing team specialising in neuromodulation solutions for chronic pain and movement disorders.This is a rare opportunity to work with cutting-edge, non-opioid implantable devices that make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients living with chronic conditions and represent a global medical device leader in market.The OpportunityIn this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Achieving sales targets and growing market share across your territory
Building and maintaining strong relationships across surgical and non-surgical settings
Providing clinical support during procedures and post-operative care
Delivering pre-procedure education and ongoing product training to customers
Managing consignment stock and maintaining accurate customer records
Collaborating with internal teams on product launches, market insights, and account planning
Attending national meetings, industry conferences, and customer events

Proven success in medical device sales, ideally with experience in theatre-based environments
High levels of energy, drive, and a strong sales aptitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-first approach
Clinical confidence to support procedures and engage directly with patients
Strategic territory planning and strong time management abilities
A tertiary qualification in business, science, or a related field

This role includes on-call responsibilities and may involve rural or interstate travel. Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events is also required.What’s on Offer
