Baiada is seeking a Qualified Maintenance Fitter and Electrician to support the team located in Mount Kuring-Gai.

Competitive hourly rate + overtime

You will play a vital part in ensuring optimal production efficiency and smooth plant operations within the Maintenance team.

Minimising downtime and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
Identifying opportunities for plant improvements and automation.
Managing project work, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Performing breakdown repairs and troubleshooting plant issues.
Conducting routine preventative maintenance on all plant and equipment.

About You:
Contributing to a dynamic team where every day brings new challenges and rewarding opportunities, you will bring:

An Australian Electrical Trade qualification along with experience in the manufacturing industry.
FMCG industry experience is preferred however not essential.

Knowledge and experience with PLC systems. * Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
