- Conduct thorough assessments of claims to ensure accuracy and validity, determining the appropriate course of action for each case. * Act as the primary point of contact between external stakeholders, such as insurers, repair shops, and towing companies.
- Work closely with various internal teams, including operations, on-hire staff, and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of claims.
- Perform detailed investigative tasks to gather all necessary information and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering guidance throughout the claims process, and ensuring clients receive timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and decisions, preparing reports or updates as needed.
- Prior experience in a customer service role (ideal but not essential as we hire based on attitude and willingness to learn!).
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
