Core Talent are currently partnered with a leading multi-disciplinary contractor who are actively seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join their growing team based in Brisbane.This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role, working across a variety of commercial projects throughout Brisbane. Ideally they are seeking an experienced electrical site supervisor/ Senior Foreman who's ready to take the next step in their career and has a strong track record of leading successful site teams while working closely with Project Managers.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site-based electrical works on commercial construction projects
Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
Work in collaboration with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery
Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications
Solve technical issues and apply practical electrical knowledge to resolve challenges

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Cert III in Electrotechnology and a current QLD Electrical Licence
3-5+ years experience in a similar supervisory role within commercial construction
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage individuals and high-performance teams
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
A hands-on, practical approach with refined electrical trade skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in subcontractor management is highly regarded
